THERAPY INTENSIVE
Gray Intimacy
Deep, focused psychotherapy for desire, trauma, and relational repair.
Gray Intimacy intensives are extended-time therapy experiences designed for individuals and couples seeking meaningful movement in areas where weekly sessions may feel too slow or contained.
Each intensive is carefully structured to support emotional safety, nervous system regulation, embodied processing, and lasting integration.
Intensives are appropriate for clients navigating:
Loss of sexual desire or intimacy
Trauma impacting embodiment or relationships
Dissociation or emotional numbing
Repetitive relational patterns that feel difficult to shift
Couples experiencing sexual or emotional disconnection
Long-standing blocks despite prior therapy
All intensives are trauma-informed psychotherapy services—not coaching, retreats, or workshop experiences.
